Refund Policies

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION

Membership registration fees are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

PROGRAM EVENTS

All notifications of cancellations and reductions in numbers must be in writing. Mail or email your changes no later than 14 days prior to the date of the event. No refunds will be made if cancellations are less than 14 days prior to the date of the event. This includes any reduction in numbers of participants. GSOSW reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient registration, act of nature, or another reason beyond its control. In the event of program cancellation by GSOSW, a full refund will be issued.

RESIDENT CAMP

The resident camp deposit is non-refundable. Request for refund of camp fees must be in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of the camp session and will be adjusted based on expenses already incurred by the camp. No refund will be given within 30 days of the beginning of the camp session.

ADULT DEVELOPMENT

Cancellations/requests for refunds must be received in writing at least seven days prior to the date of the adult development course. Cancellations/requests for refund received less than seven days prior to the date of the adult development course will receive a credit toward another adult development course. If no written request is received by the date of the adult development course, no refund or credit will be given.

GIRL SCOUT STORE

Returns will be accepted within 60 days of purchase. All returns shall be accompanied by a receipt.
