  • Incomplete forms or forms without payment cannot be processed.
  • Your completed registration form can be turned in at any council service center, by fax, or by mail. All contact information is available on the form.

  • We accept VISA or MasterCard only. Registration is not complete until payment has been received. Fill out the payment information completely. We accept VISA or MasterCard only. Your card will be charged immediately. Please print the payment information screen for your records, as you will not receive a receipt. A confirmation screen will tell you that your request has been entered into the system and that your card has been charged. You will receive a separate confirmation letter (either in the mail or via email - your choice when you register) when the minimum attendance requirement is reached and the event is confirmed to go.
  • You cannot use online registration if it is two days or less before the training date.
  • You must know the training date and training name (see training calendar) before registering online. Unfortunately, our online registration system does not allow us to provide the training location or registration code during the online registration process.

Registration Assistance, Cancellation & Refunds

  • To cancel your registration or to receive assistance in the registration process, contact Teresa Gamble, at (800) 875-2451.
  • Cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend. You must cancel 7 days prior to the training to receive a refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the training will receive a credit toward another training or event.
