Online Training
If you are taking the online training please make sure to do the following:
- Use Microsoft Internet Explorer on a Windows based computer. Online training is not supported by other options such as Safari and Firefox.
- Have the recommended minimum computer speed of 900 MHz and at least 128 MB computer memory. It is highly recommended that you have DSL or high speed internet. Dial-up users can use the course, but download will be slow and certain features may not work effectively.
- Have Flash software. If you don’t have Flash, you will need it to take this course. Download a free copy »
Troop Leadership
This course is required to be completed before working with girls. This course is also available in group setting and home-study.
Before completing the course online, you must have a copy of Volunteer Essentials (also available in Spanish). If you have not received a copy of Volunteer Essentials, please contact your service unit adult development coordinator or download a copy.
