Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington recognizes the value and importance of connecting with our alumnae base. Your stories, experiences and varied contributions are critical to the succes of the Girl Scout mission. With nearly 100 years of success behind us, we are looking forward to the future of the Girl Scout Movement and want you, our alumnae, to have a part in shaping it!

"Girl Scout Night" at the Portland Beavers baseball game
When: August 13, 6:15 p.m.
Details: Join area Girl Scouts of all ages as we cheer the Beavers on to victory! A reserved block of seats is available for alumnae and their family and friends. $12 per ticket, contact Lillian at (503) 977-6863 to purchase. Pottery Crafts Workshop
When/Where: August 28, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Damascus, OR
Details: Hand paint an awesome gift or new keepsake! Your item (plate, mug, tile, etc.) will be fired in a kiln. $15 - $25 per person (limited to 12). |

Camp Out Weekend at Homestead
When: October 15-17, Friday 5:00 p.m. - Sunday noon.
Details: Over the weekend we'll hike, do crafts, cook-out and sing! $50 per person (limited to 16).
Tour Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyons*
When: October 16-25, 2010 (subject to adjustment)

Details: Join us in celebration and support for Girl Scouts at locations across the council! Social hour will begin at 11:00 a.m., luncheon program 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. $50 per person. Soap Making Workshop
When/Where: October TBD, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Damascus, OR
Details: Soaps are made of 100% vegetable and essential oils. You'll bring home the soap you make! $35 per person (limited to 10). Finding Women's History in Photographs
