B-xtreme interest project award. Take a dune buggy ride, a trail ride at C&M stables and try out sandboarding as you explore all the coast has to offer.
About Camp Cleawox
Camp Cleawox is located near Florence on the Central Oregon Coast and is surrounded by the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. Cleawox is one of four Resident Camps and has been run by Girl Scouts since 1929.
Cleawox runs programs ranging from four to thirteen days; girls can sign up as individuals or with a buddy. Programs focus on archery, horseback riding, leadership, kayaking, canoeing, windsurfing, swimming, pottery, drama, crafts and nature. Cleawox also offers three adult/girl specialty programs:
She and Me - for a girl and a caring female adult to experience camp together.
Core Camp - for troops - all food and program provided!
Daisy Days - for kindergarten and first grade girls who want to attend a day of camp activities with a caring adult.
Camp Cleawox is available during the school year for troops and service units to rent for camping, retreats and fun!
