Registration and Confirmation for Activities

How do I find the event I'm looking for?
Browse the list of events below, or search for an event by name. Click on "Advanced Search" to find events by keyword, region, date, grade level or category!

How do I know if my registration is confirmed?
You will receive a detailed receipt upon completion of the registration process. This receipt is your activity registration confirmation; if you do not automatically receive a detailed receipt, you are not registered. If this happens to you, please immediately contact activities@girlscoutsosw.org for assistance. For some events, an additional confirmation email will be sent with more activity information such as a packing list.

Cancellation and Refunds

In order to receive a refund, you must submit cancellation or refund request in writing by email to activities@girlscoutsosw.org one week before a single day activity, or three weeks before an overnight activity.

During the registration process, you may cancel your registration at any time prior to reaching the payment stage. If you exit the registration process from the payment screen, you will not be able to confirm your registration without staff assistance (please email activities@girlscoutsosw.org if this happens to you). 

Late Fees

All registrations processed after the registration deadline will include a $5 late fee (late registrations are not available for all activities). Submit request for late registration to activities@girlscoutsosw.org.

Outdoor Skills Training

In this weekend, overnight training gain the skills you need to teach girls to safely participate in activities while camping at an established site. Effective 3/31/17, the fee for this training will increase to $30 to include the late registration fee.

CPR, First Aid & AED Blended Training

Receive a two-year certification in Adult and Child CPR, First Aid and AED, which is required for many activities in Girl Scouting. This is a 2-part class – please see detailed description for precise instructions. Effective 4/24/17, the fee for this training will increase to $50 to include the late registration fee.

Indoor Overnights Training

This means that it will get totally dark outside around 10:15 a.m. when the moon passes between the Earth and the sun. This total solar eclipse is the first visible in the U.S. in 26 years and the last visible in Oregon for nearly a century. GSOSW is hosting a viewing party and STEM expo and we are inviting all girls, their friends and family to come experience this amazing event! Outdoor Skills Training

In this weekend, overnight training gain the skills you need to teach girls to safely participate in activities while camping at an established site. Pre-requisites: Girl Scouting 101, Volunteer Essentials and Troop Safety modules or VEIA, Day Trips, and Indoor Overnights. Effective 9/1/17, the fee for this training will increase to $35 to include the late registration fee.

Hooky Weekend 2017

Girl Scout Event with the Portland Thorns

Bring your family and friends to join fellow Girl Scouts to cheer on the Thorns and their all-star roster of players.
