Registration and Confirmation for Activities

How do I find the event I'm looking for?
Browse the list of events below, or search for an event by name. Click on "Advanced Search" to find events by keyword, region, date, grade level or category!

How do I know if my registration is confirmed?
You will receive a detailed receipt upon completion of the registration process. This receipt is your activity registration confirmation; if you do not automatically receive a detailed receipt, you are not registered. If this happens to you, please immediately contact activities@girlscoutsosw.org for assistance. For some events, an additional confirmation email will be sent with more activity information such as a packing list.

Cancellation and Refunds

In order to receive a refund, you must submit cancellation or refund request in writing by email to activities@girlscoutsosw.org one week before a single day activity, or three weeks before an overnight activity.

During the registration process, you may cancel your registration at any time prior to reaching the payment stage. If you exit the registration process from the payment screen, you will not be able to confirm your registration without staff assistance (please email activities@girlscoutsosw.org if this happens to you). 

Late Fees

All registrations processed after the registration deadline will include a $5 late fee (late registrations are not available for all activities). Submit request for late registration to activities@girlscoutsosw.org.

The family farm includes a pond, chickens, a garden, a one-room schoolhouse and a pioneer "homestead." Pioneer dress-up clothes and bonnets are available or bring your own. Fun activities and authentic "chores" and crafts await you in this class where you can earn your Playing the Past badge in a truly unique and hands-on way. Saturday, February 11, 2017, 10:30 a.m - 12:30 p.m GirlStrength is a violence prevention program designed with girls in mind. GirlStrength volunteers will teach you self-defense skills and help build confidence. The Girl Scout motto is “Be Prepared,�? and self-defense is one more way to prepare for the unexpected. Attention parents/guardians: Topics covered in this class might include sexual assault and domestic violence, so it is recommended that girls have received basic sex education prior to participating and are mature enough to handle sexual assault and domestic violence discussions. Because of the sensitive nature of this workshop, parent/guardians of all attendees must complete the Individual Permission Form (#117) and send it with their Girl Scout to the workshop.
