Special Event Rental

When you hold your corporate or private event at a Girl Scout property, you are not only choosing a vibrant, scenic location for your event, you are also helping to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. 100% of your event fee supports Girl Scouting in the local community!

By popular demand, Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington has opened up select properties for use by the public. These properties feature beautiful outdoor spaces, ample overnight accommodations, hiking trails and more.

  • Camp Cleawox
    Located in the coastal town of Florence, Oregon (approximately an hour and a half from Eugene, and three hours from Portland).

    Capacity: 150 overnight, 250 for day use
    Base rental: $2,500 (two days, one night)
    Availability: Available early September to mid June

  • Homestead Outdoor Program Center
    Located at the base of Mt. Hood in Rhododendron, Oregon (approximately one hour from Portland).


    Capacity: 40 overnight, 100 for day use
    Base rental: $750 (two days, one night)
    Availability: Available year round

    Located in North Plains, OR (approximately 40 minues from Portland).

    Capacity: 160 overnight, 250 for day use
    Base rental: $3,000 (two days, one night)
    Availability: Available mid August to late June

    Located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, in Stevenson, WA (approximately one hour from Portland).

    Capacity: 275 overnight, 300 for day use
    Base rental: $2,500 (two days, one night)
    Availability: Available early September to mid June
