Saturday, September 30, 2017. The game starts at 12:30 PM and the event ends as late as 4:00 p.m. (gates open at 11:30 AM)

The Portland Thorns – Portland’s professional soccer team in the NWSL – is hosting the third annual Girl Scout event for their home game season finale! Bring your family and friends to join fellow Girl Scouts to cheer on the Thorns and their all-star roster of players. The Portland Thorns are the #1 attended women's sports team in the world!  Tickets will sell out quickly so register today!

Badge and/or Patch Information
A fun patch is provided free of charge to all registered girls.

Ticket Pick Up and Group Seating
Girl Scouts will be seated in sections 220, 221, and 222 so we can all enjoy the game together!
Seating will be assigned in groups by the last name of the ticket purchaser. To ensure your group will be seated together, designate one person to purchase all tickets for your group.


Food
Stadium food is available for additional purchase. 

Ratio
Girls must be accompanied by a parent or guardian AND adults must also register for the event. If attending as a troop, the correct girl/adult ratio must be followed (ratios can be found in 2016/2017 Volunteer Essentials on page 11).
 
Parking and Traffic
ARRIVE EARLY! There is always a huge crowd so expect delays with game day traffic. Limited street parking is available near the stadium as well as pay to park lots. We encourage you to consider carpooling and using public transportation.  More information and suggestions can be found on Providence Park’s website
  
Participant Information
This activity is open to Girl Scouts and their family and friends (non-members can attend). 
  
Activity Requirements 
Troops and groups attending must have an adult volunteer with the following training: GS101; Troop Safety and VE Modules or Volunteer Essentials in Action; and Day Trips. 

Registration, Cancelation & Refund Information
Registration closes Saturday, September 23, 2017, one (1) week before the activity is scheduled.  
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for this event.
