Why are trees important? Look at the role trees play in your life and in their natural environment.  you'll learn to identify some of the most common trees (even without their leaves!), their different survival strategies, and the language of trees.  Cadettes can complete steps toward the Trees badge.

$7/girl fee

Ratio
Girls must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If attending as a troop, the correct girl/adult ratio must be followed (ratios can be found in 2015/2016 Volunteer Essentials on page 11).

Food
Bring a water bottle for the walk.

Supplies
Wear appropriate clothing for an outdoor walk through the Arboretum.

This is a Girl Scout event for registered members only.

Activity Requirements
Volunteer trainings required (GS101, Volunteer Essentials, Day Trips).
