When: July 16-20, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Location: J.D. Currie Youth Camp, 618 NE 232 Ave Camas, WA 98607

Grades 1-12. The camp theme this year is Space! In addition to camp activities like songs, games, and outdoor skills, campers will learn about space through STEM activities.

Fees: 
Campers (K-6) $85 
TAJs and TAs $45
Widgets (ages 2-4) $40
Boys (ages 5-12) $40

Registration: Registration opens on March 1 and closes on June 15th. Information on how to register for camp is available online at the Facebook page titled GS Currie Day Camp 2018.
Registration must include (on Facebook):
-Day Camp Camper Registration 
-Day Camp Health History & OTC medications
-Medication Permission

Units: Campers will be placed in units based on Girl Scout program level. One buddy request for each camper will be honored on first come, first served basis. Buddies must request one another
on their registration form. 

Transportation: No transportation is provided. Parking is limited, so carpooling for drop off and pick up is recommended!

Overnight: Girls entering grade 4 or higher in the Fall of 2018 are welcome to stay overnight at camp on Thursday, July 19 to Friday, July 20.

Teen Aide Junior (TAJ) and Teen Aide (TA): Girls entering grade 7 or higher in the fall of 2018 can be a TAJ. Girls entering grade 8 or higher in the fall of 2018 can be a TA.

Volunteers: Currie Day Camp would not happen without our volunteers, who are needed to make camp a safe and successful program. Please fill out the Day Camp Volunteer Registration Form (on Facebook page). Children of full time volunteers are guaranteed placement for camp. Volunteers must be registered, background checked and have completed the required trainings (see list below).

Boys and Tag-a-longs: The Widget unit is for siblings, both boys and girls, under the age of 5. The Boys unit is for boys in grades K-6. Both units are only open to the children of day camp volunteers.
