Location: Lewisville Park, Battleground, WA

Grades 1-12. This Girl Scout Day Camp offers fun and friendly experiences in a secure, supervised setting. Girls enjoy crafts, cooking, skits, songs, games, Wood Fairy, Rainbow Program and much more! All girls receive a camp t-shirt, camp patch, Rainbow Award, and Badge at the end of the week. 100% Volunteer run.

Fees: 
Until May 31: Campers $95, Campers of full-time volunteers $65, Program Aide $50, Widgets/Boys $45. 
June 1 and after: Campers $125, Campers of full-time volunteers $80, Program Aide $65, Widgets/Boys $45.

Registration: Registration opens March 15. Please click here to register for Camp Julianna. New to Julianna? Here’s what you can expect once you have sent in your camper registration:
  • Confirmation Form will be sent to you along with your bus stop or camper pick-up card. Please allow approximately two weeks turnaround time.
  • Your camper’s unit leader will contact you prior to camp to introduce herself, and fill you in on more of the week’s happenings.
Camp Julianna enjoys dress-up days. Here are the days for 2018:
Monday - No dress-up, welcome to camp!
Tuesday - Camp T-shirt Day (Unit picture day!)
Wednesday – Wacky Wednesday
Thursday – Fictional Character day
Friday - Princess Day

T-Shirt Sizes: Please list your camper’s t-shirt size choice during registration.
Youth small = size 6
Youth medium = size 8-10 
Youth large = size 12-14
Adult small = similar to youth large, only longer

Units: Campers are placed in unit based on their badge choices. Please list 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of Badge during registration.
  • Daisy (entering grade 1) – *New this year, Daisies will be earning their Outdoor Art badge
  • Brownie Badges (entering grades 2-3) – Painting, Making Games, Senses, Home Scientist, Outdoor Art Creator
  • Junior Badges (entering grades 4-5) – Drawing, Animal Habitat, Outdoor Art Exploration, Flowers, Detective
  • Cadette (entering grade 6 only) – Art Apprentice or Woodworker
Transportation: For the safety of campers and to reduce traffic congestion in the park, we strongly recommend that campers ride the bus. If you elect to drive your camper, Lewisville Park may charge you a parking fee. Indicate your choice of bus stop location on during registration. Pick-up and drop-off times will be included with your confirmation letter.

Overnight: PAITs and PAs will have an overnight activity. Details to be announced.

Program Aide and Leadership: Girls entering grade 7 in the fall of 2018 can register for Overnight Skills. Girls entering grade 8 in the fall of 2018 can register for Program Aide in Training (PAIT). Girls entering grade 9 or higher in the fall of 2018 and who have completed council or day camp- sponsored Program Aide Training can register to be a Program Aide (PA). Due to the potential for limited PA openings, all registrations submitted on March 15 will be placed into a lottery for unit placement. PA registrants that are not selected will be placed on the camp wait-list.

Program Aides will have pre- camp meetings to prepare for day camp (dates to be determined). Completion of at least two trainings prior to camp is required to secure your place at camp. Registration is required prior to training dates. Dates will be released once registration forms have been received.

Volunteers: Volunteers are greatly needed to ensure the success of this program! Please use the registration link above to register as a volunteer. There will be both an indoor and an outdoor training for volunteers:

Indoor Training: Tuesday, June 6, 2018, location TBD. New leaders attend 6:30-9:30 p.m., returning leaders attend 7:30-9:30 p.m. 

Outdoor Training: Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Lewisville Park, Battle Ground, WA.

Widgets/Boys: Camp Julianna has a Widget Unit for potty-trained children of full-time volunteers, up to age 6. The Boys Unit is available for male children of full-time volunteers, ages 6-11. Volunteer coordinator must confirm placement.

Miscellaneous Information: Camp Julianna strives for a protected and equitable environment for all campers. For the safety of all campers, Camp Julianna is a no nut/no nut oil camp. Please do not bring in lunches or snacks that contain nuts or nut oil. Please no open toe/heel shoes, clogs, slip-on shoes, sleeveless shirts or bare midriff. All shorts must meet “fingertip length�? when arms are at your side.
