Welcome to 
Personify is our online registration system for program events, adult learning courses and GSUSA membership registration. This system replaces our prior system, eCouncil, and is full of features that members have been requesting for years, all in a user-friendly, visually appealing format.
Below is important information on the various aspects of Personify. Once you become familiar with its functions and capabilities, you can go directly to the login screen by clicking on the “Go to Personify” link below. For future visits, you may want to bookmark the login screen.
TROOP LEADERS - Please note the following important announcement!
Online Troop Re-Registration for 2013 ended on September 28 – After this September 28, access to troop member renewal data will no longer be available to troop leaders (actions by GSUSA mandate this – our council staff have no control over this).
After this date, online 2013 renewals for girls can only be completed by parents. Girls will still be in the system, but since their memberships will have expired, they will no longer be affiliated with a troop. This means troop leaders will be unable to see these girls listed as part of their troops.
If you miss this deadline, remember – there are two ways for troop members to get registered in your troop:
- Parents may register their daughters online through Personify.
- Parents may complete a paper registration form to troop leaders who will turn them in to their service unit registrars. Please ask your service unit registrar for paper copies of the membership registration forms.
01 Status in Personify – if troop leaders (01s) have not registered* by September 28 for the 2013 membership year, their position code will automatically revert to “14.” Again, this action is mandated by GSUSA and council staff have not control over this.
*Online registrations through September 28 will have the 01 position codes approved within one business day. If registering by paper copy, all efforts will be made to ensure troop leader renewals are entered prior to the September 28 roll-over date. If there are a significant number of paper registrations turned in between September 26 – 28, there may be a several-day delay in getting information entered into the Personify database.

As a troop leader, you can use “Troop Management” to:
- Manage your troop members’ contact information
- Communicate with troop members using e-mail from within the system
- Print membership cards for troop members
- Create and print a troop roster
- Re-register your troop
- Register troop members for program events
