Accepted within 30 days of purchase, Merchandise will be accepted for exchange, or for refund when returned in the original package and in new condition. 
 
Discontinued merchandise is not refundable.
 
Try-Its, Badges, Interest Project Patches and Insignia will be exchanged for merchandise only.  No refunds will be given.
 
There are no exchanges on Fun Patches or books.
