Celebrate Girl Scout Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) month at the Medford Service Center. Explore a wide variety STEM careers all in one setting through hands-on activities and experiences from our community partners like Rebel Bricks, Wildlife Images, iPrint3DStudio, Woman in BLM and Forestry, Southern Oregon Skywatchers and more! Plus, enjoy an exclusive presentation by Wildlife Safari showcasing the importance of wildlife conservation! Bring the whole family for a great day in STEM! Girl Scouts will receive a special STEM patch.

Participant Information
This is a Girl Scout activity for registered members, their family and friends. Girls must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or troop leader.  AND adults are required to register and pay if applicable. This is not a “drop off�? activity. Children aged 4 and under are free. Registration and Payment must be completed PRIOR to the event, Payment is NOT available at the door.

Due to the duration and time of this workshop, girls are encouraged to bring a snack and filled water bottle with them to this event.

Attending as a troop/group? Follow safety ratio (ratios can be found in 2018/2019 Volunteer Essentials on page 65). Note: attending with any girl other than your own qualifies you as a Girl Scout group that needs to follow ratio requirements.

Adult Training Requirements
Trainings that at least one adult volunteer for each Girl Scout troop/group must have: Day Trips.

Registration, Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Information
Registration for this Activity is hosted by Girl Scouts  - Please email on or before the registration deadline for assistance.

Registration closes April 20, 2019, one (1) week before the activity is scheduled.  

Refund deadline is April 20, 2019, request for cancellation must be submitted via email to by this date to receive a full refund. 

Transfer deadline is three business days after the refund/cancellation deadline. Request for transfer (applying registration to another Girl Scout) must be submitted via email to by this date.

GSOSW reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.
