Experience OMSI like never before during our annual OMSI Family Science Night! Engage in tons of hands-on and exciting STEM activities with other Girl Scouts from around the council and receive an OMSI Family Science Night fun patch. During the evening, the Natural Sciences and Turbine Halls will be open for you to explore. The Natural Sciences Hall includes labs like the Paleontology lab where you can uncover some of the evidence of life from long ago and the Earth Lab where you can take a deep dive into Earth's core to learn about volcanoes, tectonic plates, and climate change! The Turbine Hall includes interactive and engaging activities like practicing earthquake preparedness and challenging yourself at an innovation station to take on a design challenge. This is a Girl Scout activity for registered members, their family and friends. Invite a friend to join you! Not yet a member? This event is a great way to try Girl Scouts—after selecting a youth or adult ticket, choose “non-member” when registering for this event.
Girls must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or troop leader. AND adults are required to register and pay if applicable. This is not a drop off activity.

Program Credit Information
In order to apply your girl's Program Credits to her balance for an event registration, please select to pay with Program Credits during registration AND complete the GSOSW Events Program Credit Payment Form and be sure to read all form instructions before submitting. Our council can only accept Program Credit payments from GSOSW members.

Adult Training Requirements
Adults must have completed either Girl Scouts Inside & Out Parts 1 & 2 OR Day Trips Training.
Registration, Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Information
Registration for this Activity is hosted by Girl Scouts - Please email activities@girlscoutsosw.org on or before the registration deadline for assistance.
Registration closes April 3, 2023, one (1) week before the activity is scheduled. Request for cancellation/refund must be submitted via email to activities@girlscoutsosw.org by this date. A refund less the council administrative fee is available.
Transfer deadline is three business days after the cancellation deadline. Request for transfer (applying registration to another Girl Scout) must be submitted via email to activities@girlscoutsosw.org by this date.
GSOSW reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.
