STEM Patch Programs
Pi Day
Pi Day is March 14 (3.14)!
Get ready to celebrate the circular sensation that is pi on March 14!
Each year, Girl Scouts can earn
a special piece of pie patch for Pi Day by participating in any
Pi Day activity during March. Last year, over 80 Girl Scouts
celebrated Pi Day and earned their 2023 Pi Day patch. Girl Scouts who
participate year after year will eventually be able to make a full pie
with their patches.
This year, Girl Scouts can earn their Pi Day patch by participating in the online Pi Day Celebration Challenge, attending a Pi Day event in their community, or celebrating Pi Day however they'd like.
Are you a Troop or Service Unit interested in hosting your own Pi Day event? We are working on creating some helpful resources for you to do just that. Check-in with your service unit GEM in February for Pi Day event resources.
The online Pi Day Challenge will become available in February.
