Registration and Confirmation for Activities

How do I find the event I'm looking for?
Browse the list of events below, or search for an event by name. Click on "Advanced Search" to find events by keyword, region, date, grade level or category!

How do I know if my registration is confirmed?
You will receive a detailed receipt upon completion of the registration process. This receipt is your activity registration confirmation; if you do not automatically receive a detailed receipt, you are not registered. If this happens to you, please immediately contact activities@girlscoutsosw.org for assistance. For some events, an additional confirmation email will be sent with more activity information such as a packing list.

Cancellation and Refunds

In order to receive a refund, you must submit cancellation or refund request in writing by email to activities@girlscoutsosw.org one week before a single day activity, or three weeks before an overnight activity.

During the registration process, you may cancel your registration at any time prior to reaching the payment stage. If you exit the registration process from the payment screen, you will not be able to confirm your registration without staff assistance (please email activities@girlscoutsosw.org if this happens to you). 

Late Fees

All registrations processed after the registration deadline will include a $5 late fee (late registrations are not available for all activities). Submit request for late registration to activities@girlscoutsosw.org.

Daisy Grade Level Training

This weekend course provides a foundation of First Aid principles and skills for individuals responding to remote emergencies when immediate emergency medical services will be delayed or unavailable. Effective 3/3/17 the fee for this training will increase to $90 to include the late registration fee. This training begins at 8:30 each morning - it is NOT an overnight class.

Small Craft Safety Canoe Blended Training

Learn to take girls out on flat water in a canoe in this one day training. This is a blended class, you will complete 4+hours of training on your computer through Red Cross prior to the in person skills portion. Monday, August 7, 2017, 10 a.m. - Friday, August 11, 2017, 3:00 p.m. Discover orienteering, fire building, boating, hiking at Clear Lake and outdoor cooking, all while practicing Leave No Trace principles at Girls in the Woods outdoor adventure camp! This five-day overnight camp is hosted by U.S. Forest Service staff. There are two ways to participate: tent camping at Fish Lake for the week, or three days of wilderness backpacking plus two days of tent camping at Fish Lake. $300 per girl ($50 non-refundable deposit) Registration closes July 17, 2017, three (3) weeks before the activity is scheduled. Deposit due no later than July 10, 2017 and full amount due July 17, 2017. Refund deadline is July 17, 2017.
