Join us at Camp Whispering Winds for an overnight dedicated to Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors! Grow your comfort in the outdoors while enjoying fun camp activities like swimming, archery, canoeing, low ropes, and hiking. Try singing karaoke and stay the night in a cabin with your new friends. This a great opportunity to grow independence and comfort away from home to prepare you for your next adventure, whether that be overnight camp, the fall Teen Retreat or travel! Registration for this event is through UltraCamp- the overnight camp registration system. Select "Register Now" on the event detail page to begin your registration.
Participant Information
This is a Girl Scout activity for registered members only. This
is a drop-off event and Girl Scout Safety Ratio will be provided by
the GSOSW Staff running this event.
Price
$60.00/Girl Scout
In order to apply your Girl
Scout's Program Credits to her balance for this event, please first
make a reservation via credit card to reserve your spot, then email answers@girlscoutsosw.org
to request a retroactive Program Credit payment and we can help you
process that and refund your original transaction.
Badge and/or Patch Information
All Girl Scouts will receive a fun patch and Girl Scout Seniors
will complete steps towards earning the Senior Paddling badge.
Food
All Girl Scouts should arrive at noon having already eaten a
healthy lunch. Dinner and snacks will be provided as well as breakfast
and lunch the next day. If your Girl Scout has dietary restrictions,
please email answers@girlscoutsosw.org and
include all details in the health history form required in
Ultracamp.
Supplies
A detailed confirmation email will be sent 2 weeks before the
event listing any needed supplies, directions, and a packing
list.

Registration closes on June 23, 2024. Request for cancellation/refund
or transfer must be submitted via email to answers@girlscoutsosw.org
by this date. A refund less the council administrative fee ($5 for
this event) is available.
GSOSW reserves the right to
cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which
would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW cancels an event,
registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.
