Come learn vital skills to help your Girl Scouts prepare to leave
your regular meeting place! This training is the first in our two-part
Girl Scouts Inside and Out series in the required adult training
progression. This training is required before you leave the meeting
place, and is best taken after you've held 3-6 troop meetings so that
you have a solid understanding of your troop's needs.
Objectives/Outcomes of this training:
- Prepare to assist Girl Scouts with planning and implementing
safe, fun, and successful meetings and short outings close to the
meeting place.
- Learn more about troop logistics,
readiness, progression, and how to keep everything you do with your
troop girl-led.
- Interact with and learn from other
leaders
- Learn from real examples of solutions to challenges
faced when first leaving the meeting place with Girl Scouts.
