Join us at Camp Cleawox for a retreat dedicated to teens! As Girl
Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors, you will have the
opportunity to choose your own activities with exciting options like
canoeing, art, archery, STEM, and more. Customize your experience by
selecting activities that spark a new interest or hone skills you
already have. This three-day, two-night adventure will be a perfect
mix of camp fun and leadership. Spaces are limited for this special
event.

THIS YEAR: Cancellation requests made via answers@gsosw.org
ahead of the September 5, 2025 11:59pm deadline are eligible for a 50%
refund for the cost of this event. Cancellations requested after this
deadline will NOT receive a refund.
Participant Information
- This is a Girl Scout activity for registered members only.
- This is a GIRL-ONLY drop-off event.
- All additional details including packing list will be included in the confirmation packet that is sent out when you complete registration.
- Registration opens on July 15, 2025 via UltraCamp.
Price
$95.00/girl
If your Girl Scout would like to pay with GSOSW program credits,
please register them and pay via credit card, then fill out the
Teen Retreat Program Credit Payment Form located in the Online
Forms section of your UltraCamp account. Once received, we will
process those credits and apply them to the camper's balance and will
refund the original credit card payment.
Badge
and/or Patch Information
Fun patch is included. Girl Scouts will complete a variety of
badge requirements at this event. A post-event email will include any
badge connections made during the experience.
Food
Please come having already eaten dinner on Friday night.
Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included as well as
breakfast and a pack out lunch on Sunday. Please email answers@girlscoutsosw.org
if you have any special dietary needs before the deadline to
register.
Supplies
Supply list will be sent via UltraCamp upon registration (opens
July 15).
Registration, Cancellation & Refund Information
- Registration for this event is hosted by Girl Scouts - Please email answers@girlscoutsosw.org before the registration deadline for assistance.
- Registration opens on July 15 and closes on September 21. Request for cancellation/refund must be submitted via email to answers@girlscoutsosw.org by this date. A refund less the administrative cancellation fee for this event is available.

- GSOSW
reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other
circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW
cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full
