Events hosted by Girl Scouts:
For most events, the
request for a refund must be made one week before a single-day
activity and three weeks before overnight events. Although most
events follow these timeframes, due to the virtual platform we are
engaging with, please read the event's full
description as some
events have a different registration deadline. Please send your
refund request to events@girlscoutsosw.org
by the deadline listed
in the event to receive a full refund.
Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington (GSOSW) reserves the
right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances
which would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW cancels an event,
registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. For virtual
events, please remember to check your tech beforehand to ensure your
girl is prepared for the event; refunds cannot be offered if an
activity is missed due to personal technical difficulties.

and refunds are handled directly through our partner. Contact
