In early December, Girl Scouts launched a refreshed member account
management system. Following the launch, Girl Scouts of the USA
and GSOSW have become aware of several issues in My GS, My Account and
gsLearn that are impacting members' ability to use these
While we work to resolve these issues, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to take any of the following actions:
- Renew a membership
- Transfer troops
- Add or change volunteer roles
- Update troop information
- Access gsLearn
- Complete a Girl Scout background check
We encourage you not to log in to your My GS account while we are
working to resolve these issues. If you do access My GS and
encounter problems, please contact us at email@example.com
and we will provide technical assistance as soon as we are able.
With the start of the Girl Scout Cookie Program right around the corner, we are reaching out directly to troops working to qualify for the program. Troops will not be disqualified based on their inability to complete qualification steps due to current technical issues.
