Scouts Run the World: A Patch Program
This patch program helps girls and families set a goal, build athletic skills and give back to the community as they explore the world of running! Moving outdoors can be a healthy way to clear the mind, work muscles and build up confidence. Whether the goal is to run a 5k, complete a marathon in a month or something unique, this patch program will help Girl Scouts start. Girl Scouts can opt for another movement activity if they don’t like running. To earn your free Girl Scouts Run the World patch, complete the patch program and fill out the Girl Scouts Run the World participation form by May 31 to receive your free patch! Patches will be mailed beginning June 7.
Scouts Celebrate Faith
Did you participate in a Girl Scouts Celebrate Faith event over Girl Scout Week? Request your free patches by May 31 via our online form. While Girl Scout Week is typically the time when troops celebrate the connections between Girl Scouting and their faith, you can also choose to celebrate on a day of your choosing. Participate in a Girl Scouts Celebrate Faith event, fill out the form prior to May 31 and receive the patches for free! Patches will be mailed beginning June 7.
Have you heard about GSOSW’s new Civic Leadership Challenge? This monthly challenge encourages girls to learn all about different types of civic engagement, from traditional forms of participation like voting, to learning how to be a supportive neighbor and community member. The challenge just wrapped up in March, but Girl Scouts can still participate! Complete one activity from each month of the challenge before you request your free patch on this online form. Please submit the form for your free patch by May, 31. Patches will be mailed beginning June 7.
