Save the date for STEM DAY 2025 on Saturday, November 8, at the
Oregon Fairgrounds and Expo Center in Salem, OR.
Celebrate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math at our annual
STEM Day! STEM Day is an expo-style event with over 70 booths to
discover. Every Girl Scout will earn their STEM Career Exploration
badge, and all participants will receive a STEM Day fun patch! STEM
Day is for everyone! So be sure to invite a friend along!

Participant Information
- This is a Girl Scout activity for registered members, their family and friends. Any male attendees under the age of 18 should be registered via a "Family Guest" ticket.
- Girls must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or troop leader AND adults are required to register and pay. This is not a drop-off activity.

In order to apply your
Girl Scout's Program Credits to the balance for an event registration,
please select to pay with Program Credits during registration. When
processing Program Credit payments, staff will automatically use the
oldest Program Credit card the Girl has available by default. If you
would like a different card to be used, please email answers@gsosw.org.
Our council can only accept Program Credit payments from GSOSW
members.
Badge and/or Patch Information
- Fun patch is included.
- Girl Scouts will complete a variety of badge requirements at this event. A post-event email will include any badge connections made during the experience.
Adult Training Requirements
- Attending as a troop? At least one adult must have completed either Girl Scouts Inside & Out Parts 1 & 2 OR Day Trips Training.
- There are no adult training requirements for those chaperoning a single girl or Juliette.
Registration, Cancellation & Refund Information
- Registration will open on July 15, 2025 at 9 am and will close November 2, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
- Request for cancellation/refund must be submitted via email to answers@gsosw.org by the registration close date. A refund less the administrative fee for this event is available if requested by the registration close deadline.
- GSOSW reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.
