STEM DAY 2025 is on Saturday, November 8, at the Oregon State
Fairgrounds and Expo Center in Salem, OR.
Celebrate
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math at our annual STEM Day!
STEM Day is an expo-style event with over 70 booths to discover. Every
Girl Scout will earn their STEM Career Exploration badge, and all
participants will receive a STEM Day fun patch! STEM Day is for
everyone! So be sure to invite a friend along!

standard registration window for this event has closed. Limited
late-sale tickets are available via Eventbrite.

Participant Information
- This event is open to current Girl Scout members and youth interested in becoming Girl Scout members.
- Girls must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or troop leader AND adults are required to register and pay. This is not a drop-off activity.
Price
$16 plus Eventbrite fees for youth and adults
Youth under 4 - free if attending with a registered adult
Badge and/or Patch Information
- Fun patch is included.
- Girl Scouts will complete a variety of badge requirements at this event. A post-event email will include any badge connections made during the experience.
Adult Training Requirements
- Attending as a troop? At least one adult must have completed either Girl Scouts Inside & Out Parts 1 & 2 OR Day Trips Training.
- There are no adult training requirements for those chaperoning a single girl or Juliette.
Late-sale Registration, Cancellation & Refund Information
- Registration via myGS closed on November 2. A limited number of late-sale tickets are available via Eventbrite.
- No refunds for cancellations are available at this time.
- GSOSW reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.
