This training is offered by an external provider, Heartline CPR. This is a blended pediatric and adult CPR, First Aid and AED course, meaning this training has a required online learning component to be completed prior to the in-person session.
There is a non-refundable $5 registration fee paid to GSOSW to cover administrative costs.
The cost for this certification is $45, to be paid directly to the trainer on site, on the day of the training. Payments can be made to the trainer in cash or check (made out to Heartline CPR).
A note about Council Financial Assistance: Because this training is being delivered by a third party, financial assistance cannot be used to cover the cost of certification.
Once registration closes, your registration information (name, email address) will be shared with Heartline CPR. Heartline CPR will reach out to you directly with directions for completing the online learning portion and deadline for doing so.
Upon completion of the training, you will sent your certificate of completion, which will need to be submitted to GSOSW through Jotform.

- GSOSW reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.
