Join us for the 8th annual Wizard Twilight Camp, where you'll dive into a world of magical adventures filled with beloved favorites and exciting new activities. Over the years, Wizard Camp has grown into its own enchanting realm built on creativity, belonging, and a welcoming spirit for every Girl Scout. Kick things off with the PA overnight/sleepover on 7/25 before camp begins, where you'll decorate the camp, choose your roles for the week, and enjoy an activity designed just for you. There is no programming after you leave Sunday morning, but the camp program begins Monday evening 7/27 at 5 p.m. Throughout the week, you'll use your leadership skills and experience to help guide younger girls through each activity while joining in on the magic yourself.
PAs will attend a sleepover on Saturday, 7/25. There is
no programming on Sunday 7/26. PAs will then return for the first
day of the full program on Monday 7/27 at 5 p.m.
The PA session of this camp begins with the overnight on Saturday 7/25, then runs from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. on Friday (7/31).

Price
- $85.00/girl
- In order to apply your Girl Scout's Program Credits to the balance for an event registration, please select to pay with Program Credits during registration. When processing Program Credit payments, staff will automatically use the oldest Program Credit card the Girl has available by default. If you would like a different card to be used, please email answers@gsosw.org. Our council can only accept Program Credit payments from GSOSW members.
Badge and/or Patch Information
- Girl Scouts will receive a badge connections sheet at the end of camp with the badge steps they have completed. Wizard Twilight Camp patches and rockers are included with registration.
Food
- Dinner each night is included. If you have dietary restrictions please email jcrouch@girlscoutsosw.org by 7/17 or plan to bring your own food.
- For the PA overnight on Saturday, 7/31 - Pizza, salad, evening snacks and continental style breakfast are included.
- All Girl Scouts should bring a refillable water bottle.
Supplies
- For the PA overnight on Saturday 7/25- please bring a sleeping bag, pillow, pajamas, toiletries and a change of clothes. Sleeping mats will be provided.
Registration, Cancellation & Refund Information
- Registration for this event is hosted by Girl Scouts - Please email answers@gsosw.org before the registration deadline for assistance.
- Registration closes on July 12, 2026. Request for cancellation/refund must be submitted via email to answers@gsosw.org by this date. A refund less the administrative cancellation fee ($20.00) is available if requested by this date. Request for transfer (applying registration to another Girl Scout) must be submitted via email to answers@gsosw.org by this date.
- GSOSW reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.
