Fall Teen Retreat 2026 on Friday, October 2 - Sunday, October 4, 2026 in Florence, OR at Camp Cleawox.
Join us at Camp Cleawox for a retreat dedicated to teens! As Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors, you will have the opportunity to choose your own activities with exciting options like canoeing, art, archery, STEM, and more. Customize your experience by selecting activities that spark a new interest or hone skills you already have. This three-day, two-night adventure will be a perfect mix of camp fun and leadership. Spaces are limited for this special event.

- $130 per Girl Scout participant
Participant Information
- This is a Girl Scout activity for registered Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador members only.
- This is a GIRL-ONLY drop-off, multiple-night overnight event.
- Fun patch is included. Girl Scouts will complete a variety of badge requirements at this event. A post-event email will include any badge connections made during the experience.
- Please come having already eaten dinner on Friday night. Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included as well as breakfast and a pack out lunch on Sunday. Dietary needs should be listed during registration in UltraCamp.
- Supply list will be sent via UltraCamp.
- Additional details will be included in the confirmation packet sent after registration is completed.
Registration & Cancellation
- Event registration takes place in UltraCamp.
- Registration closes on September 13 at 11:59pm.
- Request for cancellation/refund must be submitted via email to answers@gsosw.org by this date.
- A refund for cancellation less the 50% cancellation fee ($65.00) is available if requested by this date.
- Request for transfer (applying registration to another Girl Scout) must be submitted via email to answers@gsosw.org by this date.
- GSOSW reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.
