What are the differences between action projects and service
projects? How can they be designed to energize and excite the Girls
and also have a positive impact on their community? How they can build
on their projects year to year as they mature and create a bigger and
more lasting impact? We will share ideas, successes and flops, as well
as tips to help motivate different age levels.
Objectives:
- Understanding on differences between Service projects and TAPs and when to do each one
- How to increase GS visability in your area and gain community support
- Learn how to enourage the girls building on their interests or using skill learned to expand interests and capabilities
Participant Information
- This training will take place from 1 to 4 pm on 3/28. This training will take place at Antioch Church, Bend.
- A confirmation email with additional details will be sent out a few days before the training.
- $12.00/adult
- Registration closes on 3/22.
- Request for cancellation must be submitted via email to answers@gsosw.org by this date in order to receive a refund less this training's cancellation fee ($3).
- No refunds will be given after the registration deadline.
- GSOSW reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSOSW cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.
