When it comes to caring for your mental wellness, the new Girl Scouts Mental Wellness patch program reminds you that you’re never alone in facing challenges and further invites you to dive into and understand your emotions. You can do this by participating in activities, such as making art or writing poetry, that foster resilience and help you to better understand your world. No matter the season, never doubt your ability to rise up, and remember—you got this.
We are excited to offer free Mental Wellness patches thanks to generous funding from the Reser Foundation. This includes Resilient. Ready. Strong. which is available for all levels, as well as Junior Knowing My Emotions, Cadette Finding My Voice, and Senior/Ambassador Showing Up For Me and You.
To receive your free Mental Wellness patch, please complete this Google form to share how you participated. This form can be submitted for one girl or a whole troop. Patches will be mailed by June 15, 2024. The form will be open for submissions until May 31, 2024.
