This year's summit has been thoughtfully designed based on your feedback, including insights from last year's summits, survey responses throughout this membership year, and direct requests from volunteers. The result is a day that prioritizes meaningful connection, relevant learning, and time for collaboration. We can't wait to see you there!

Service unit position-specific Q&A led by your council position specialist.
Breakout Session 2
Service team volunteers will have the opportunity to choose which topic is of highest priority to them.
Older Girl Engagement - Keeping older girls engaged at the service unit level means going beyond traditional roles and creating opportunities that truly reflect their interests and goals. We will discuss practical strategies and fresh ideas to strengthen retention for Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors. Walk away with inspiration, shared ideas, actionable tools, and new ways to connect with and support older Girl Scouts.
Adult Engagement - Discuss volunteer engagement strategies. What does your service unit do to encourage participation, and where are there opportunities to try something new? Explore how adult progression models the GSLE and how recognition can make a huge impact. Walk away from the session with effective tools to impact community development, meeting and event attendance, and growing engagement beyond the service unit team.
Event Planning - Meet with other event planners and event organizers to review the updated Event Planning Guide, hold roundtable discussions on event planning and design, and share positive experiences and advice. Walk away from this session with ideas, resources, and a collaborative engagement with other event planners.
Recruitment - Top ten ideas for growing membership in your service unit and discuss them as a group! Bring your best ideas to share and leave with new tools.
