Dyslexia Banquet

McKinley organized and hosted a banquet for children with dyslexia, their families, and teachers. She and her team prepared a slide show to educate attendees and describe available resources. The banquet also offered attendees an opportunity to share their stories and build community. McKinley prepared a detailed manual on how she organized the banquet, and her school counselor agreed to host similar events.
