Ingrid learned that something as small as the colors in artwork can make a big impact on a Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) victim's recovery. She worked closely with subject matter experts to determine what kind of art to create, then taught youth at her Girl Scout camp about this cause and had them create PTSD-friendly artwork. She delivered the art to organizations that work with people experiencing PTSD. Her camp has agreed to continue the project each summer.
Ingrid is an Emerald Circle Scholarship recipient. Congratulations, Ingrid!
