Isha was concerned that girls were not exposed to STEM topics at a young age. During her project, she began a STEM club for girls in grades 2–5. The club met regularly, and each meeting included a chance for the members to engage in a STEM hands-on activity and build community among other girls who enjoyed STEM topics. She also recruited and trained two soon-to-be Cadette Girl Scouts to start two new STEM clubs. To encourage others to start their own clubs, Isha created a website providing information and tips on how to start a STEM club, and regularly posted videos about STEM on social media.
Gold Award Girl Scouts show remarkable dedication to improving their communities and the world.
